will I get any iim call if I score 96 percentile in cat 2021, being a GEM fresher with past acads being 8.8/78/8.15 in 10th, 12th, and B.Tech respectively?
You have moderate academics and you don't have any work experience , if you get 95% tile + in CAT then you may get seat in IIMs like iim sambalpur, iim Nagpur etc.
You may try in some private colleges like M.J.mehta Bombay, MDI gutgaon, SP Jain.
If the candidate has excellent a academics , minimum two years work experience and 96% + then the candidate can get admission to top iim such as iim Ahmedabad.
This is my 3 year going in BBA LLB 5 years course programme and i want to give cat exam so am i eligible for it or i have to wait till completion of whole 5 year programme?

As per previous year cutoff, It is difficult to get admission there, but you can try some other good top colleges also. You have to try hard to get seat in good college.
For CSE you need a rank under 1100 for general.
For IT around 2200 for general.
