Sales & Marketing - Sales/marketing roles were offered by the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Electronics, Retail, E-Commerce, Industrial Goods and Automobile sectors. The top recruiters include Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, Bennett Coleman & Co., Cipla, Coca Cola, HUL etc.
E-Commerce, IT & Operations - E-Commerce companies mainly offered product and management roles. Amazon, Flipkart, PayTm, Cloudtail, Ab-InBev, Nestaway, Swiggy, Uber, TCS etc. were among the top recruiters.
Finance - Offers were rolled out in roles like Front End Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Treasury etc. Avendus Capital, Axis Bank, CITI Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank, Lenskart, Yes Bank etc. were the key recruiters.
Consulting, General Management and Strategy - According to FMS, this year there has been 27 percent increase in the Strategy domain offers. Recruiters rolled out offers in sought after profiles like Real Estate Consulting, Management Consulting and Strategy Technology Consulting. The top recruiters were Accenture Strategy, Airtel, BCG, Capegemini, Deloitte, EY, Godrej, IBM Strategy, Infosys, Reliance, PwC SDC etc.
