Delhi University has started its application process from Friday, May 13 for the undergraduate management Joint Admission Test – DU JAT 2016. The last date to register for the entrance test is May 31. The University will conduct its UG entrance test for Bachelors in Management Studies (BMS)/BBA (FIA)/B.A (Hons) Business Economics on June 20, 2016.

The test is conducted by University of Delhi for admissions to 6 colleges which offer Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), BBA (FIA) and B.A (Hons) Business Economics courses. The 6 colleges that offer BMS admissions via DU JAT scores are Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Keshav Mahavidyalaya, Maharaja Agrasen College, College of Vocational Studies and B R Ambedkar College. BBA (FIA) is offered by Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and B.A (Hons) Business Economics is offered by 10 colleges.

As per the eligibility criteria, candidates who have passed the senior secondary examination from a recognized board are eligible to apply. The minimum percentage for General/OBC category students are 60%, for SC/ST is 50%, and CW/PWD is 54%.

 

DU JAT 2016 Application Form process is completely online. Students need to fill in the form via an online method and pay the application fee. The steps for registration are:

  1. Create a Login ID and Password to access the online form for BMS. Use this Login ID and Password is to access all the information related to BMS and filling the application form

  2. After you fill the form completely, you must make payment via Debit/Credit card. The application is considered submitted, only on the payment of requisite fee.

  3. The prescribed application fee for General/OBC/CW category is Rs. 500/- and for SC/ST/PwD Category is Rs. 250/-

sir , does a student who studies in DU SOL 1st year can give the exam of DU JAT 2020 ?????????

Hey,
Yes, you can appear for DU JAT exam. All you need is proper documents and minimum required score in 12th. You have to give 4 papers including mathematics, English and 2 Elective subjects and score should be atleast 60%.
Make sure you have your 12th result and marksheet which will be needed during counselling.

if a person got 96% in du jat and have 72.4% in class 12 can get a admission in sscbs

Hello!

Shaheed Sukhdev Singh College of Business Studies (sscbs) Delhi University is a great college. And Yes, if a student score 96% in DU JAT (Joint Aptitude Test) then possibility increases to get into the college as the college does not care much for the board results.

Hello

Yes, you can apply for admission. Admission to B.Sc (Hons) is done on the basis of marks of candidates in the qualifying examination. Every college declares it own cutoff for admission. If you meet the required cutoff and fulfill the other criteria required for admission then you can get a seat.

I am going to apply for class improvement exam 2020 by nios in Oct 2020, can I still apply for du jat 2020 with my initial class 12 marks

Hello Aspirant,

Yes you can apply for DU JAT with your old marks and simultaneously apply for the improvement exam as until you get the result your previous old rewsult is valid for every place. So i hope this will give you some light to your query.
