CMAT 2014-15 First Test to be held from Sept 26 to 30, 2013
About CMAT 2014-15: The CMAT 2014-15 (First Test) is the first of the two CMAT exams held in a year for the academic year 2014-15. The MBA entrance exam conducted by AICTE is held in computer based format over a window of 5 days in 2 slots. It is a national MBA entrance exam whose scores are accepted by over 1500 AICTE approved B-schools across India.

CMAT 2014-15 Eligibility: The candidates should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year graduation students can also apply.
CMAT 2014-15 Exam Dates: The CMAT 2014-15 (First Exam) will be held in a window of 5 days from Thursday, September 26, 2013 to Monday, September 30, 2013. The slots will start from 9.30 am and 2.30 pm.

CMAT 2014-15 Exam Pattern: The computer based exam will be of 180 minutes or 3 hours. There are 4 sections, Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.
Each section has 25 questions, hence the total number of questions in CMAT 2014-15 is 100. The total marks is 400. Each correct answer carries 4 marks and the each wrong answer has negative marking of 1 mark.
CMAT 2014-15 Application Procedure: The candidates will have to visit the AICTE CMAT website for the registration. The new users have to create an account and login in order to register. You need to upload 2 scanned photographs and your signature during the registration process. There are 3 modes of payment, Net Banking, Credit Card/Debit Card and Cash payment. The CMAT 2014-15 application fee is Rs. 1200 + Bank charges as applicable for General category candidates and Rs. 600 + Bank charges as applicable for SC, ST and PD category candidates.
The CMAT 2014-15 application fee for foreign applicants is $125 + Bank charges as applicable.
CMAT 2014-15 Test Centers: CMAT 2014-15 First Test will be held across 62 cities of India. For the first time, AICTE is conducting the exam in foreign cities as well. The 5 countries where the CMAT 2014-15 First Test will be conducted are Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Kabul (Afghanistan), Kathmandu (Nepal), Lagos (Nigeria) and Dubai (UAE).
