IIM Lucknow has announced CAT 2017 application correction process, which will commence on September 27, 2017. The process will end on September 30, 2017. Candidates will be allowed to edit or correct information in select fields. According to the official website, candidates belonging to PwD category can apply for assistance within the same dates, i.e. September 27 and September 30, 2017. CAT has introduced the option to edit or correct application form since last year. The application process, which had started from August 9, 2017, concluded on September 25, 2017 at 5 pm.

Following information can be edited or corrected in the CAT application form 2017.
Education information – Percentage of marks obtained in Class X, Class XII and Graduation and Post Graduation
Work Experience – Experience in terms of number of months till the given date
Programme selected – Candidates can add or remove IIM programmes for admission
Interview cities – Change the selection of cities for interview rounds
Other information or fields will not be editable. The official website of CAT 2017 states, “You cannot edit personal details (Personal details, other personal details, communication address, uploaded documents) and any details in academic section except percentage marks scored after making payment. If you have made a mistake in these details, you must register again with a new email ID.”

How to edit CAT application form 2017?
In order to edit or correct the information, applicants have to follow the given steps:
Visit the official CAT 2017 website
Login through CAT ID and password
Click on the tab indicating Application Correction
Edit the information and click on Save
The CAT 2017 admit card, which will be released on October 18 2017 will carry the updated information. In case there is discrepancy and mismatch with the edited information, candidates have to contact the CAT Helpdesk immediately.
CAT 2017 will be conducted on November 26, 2017 in forenoon and afternoon slots in 140 cities across India. IIM Lucknow is conducting CAT 2017. The result of CAT 2017 is expected to be declared in the second week of January 2018.
