CAT 2016 admit card download starts from October 24
The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM B) has released the CAT 2016 admit card from October 24, for the registered candidates to download. The admit card is available from 1 pm onwards till the test day, December 4, 2016. The release of CAT admit card was earlier delayed by six days. It was scheduled to be released on October 18, along with the CAT tutorial.

Only registered candidates who have paid CAT application fee can download the admit card. Candidates have to login to download CAT 2016 admit card from the official website. Since the hard copy of CAT admit card 2016 will not be dispatched for the candidates, they must ensure to download and print at least two copies admit card before the test date or on the test day.
IIM Bangalore too extended the application process by 5 days. It was speculated that the reason for the delay in releasing the CAT admit card 2016 was the extension in the application window. CAT 2016 application form submission process ended on September 27 with 2,32,434 application, which is the highest in past 7 years. Incidentally, the application deadline was also extended by 5 days from September 22.
Along with the CAT 2016 admit card, the candidates have to also carry an identity proof to the exam centre. They must ensure that the text and photograph on the admit card is clear and legible. The test centre authorities have the right to cancel the candidature of CAT 2016 in case the candidates fail to present the admit card and identity proof.

CAT 2016 will be conducted in a single-day window on Sunday, December 4, 2016, in two sessions (forenoon and afternoon slots), in 135 cities for admissions to various management programmes across 20 IIMs and other top B-schools.
The CAT 2016 exam pattern has remained same as last year. The test will be of 3 hours duration with 3 sections, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DI & LR) and Quantitative Ability (QA). The sections will be time bound for 1 hour each. Although the number of questions is not announced yet, it is expected to be same as last year, 100 with 34 questions each in VARC and QA and 32 questions in DI & LR. Common Admission Test (CAT) 2016 is being conducted by IIM Bangalore for 2017-19 academic session.

If I get 574 marks neet ug 2020 from obc cat then what chances for getting govt college in rajasthan
As you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Rajasthan according to your profile.
See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you will get seat in any government medical college or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But if we go through previous years NEET cut-off trends in Rajasthan then there are good chances for you to get seat in some of the GMCs, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 564 for Government Medical College, Barmer for Management quota seat under Home State quota for OBC category.

Your academics are quite strong. MBA colleges such as IIMs, FMS, etc , they look for people who have a good academic record, CAT percentile of more that 95, mostly. And, if you have a good hold of communication skills(professional), you'll surely be preffered.
Apart from CAT preparation, During your Bcom, just focus on your studies and try to keep your CGPA decent and good. Try to engage in extra curricular activities. Work on developing your skills. And, if you have working experience, more preference would be given to you. So, you should do a few internships and if possible get some job experience after completing Bcom. You should follow books like RS agarwal and arun sharma for a good hold of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, verbal and nonverbal reasoning.

As per your rank in EWS CAT in Banaras Hindu University, you are eligible to get admission in main campus. Also you are more preferable to get admission in affiliated colleges of Banaras Hindu University which offer Msc Zoology. The preparation time totally depends upon your background knowledge and the source and method you are following. It really depends from people to people and 4 months is also good, if you have enough knowledge for preparing according.
