Bharitya Vidyapeth Deemed University has conducted the B-UMAT 2016 entrance exam for the BBA programmes offered by the university on Sunday, June 5, 2016. The exam was conducted in paper pencil based mode in test centres across India. BBA aspirants across India aiming admission at the Pune and New Delhi campuses of the university appeared for the exam.B-UMAT 2016 was at part the B-UMAT exam pattern announced by the conducting body. The duration of the exam was 2 hours 30 minutes. There were 200 multiple choice questions from 4 sections, namely, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning & Logical Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension.
As per the marking scheme, each question carried 1 mark and there were no negative marking scheme. The number of options per question was 4.
The B-UMAT result will be announced on June 20. The final BUMAT selection will be made on the basis of counselling. The schedule for the counselling is July 3 and 4, 2016 at BVIMR, New Delhi and July 5 to 9 at IMED Pune. The classes will commence from July 18, 2016.
After the test, candidates will be called for counseling as per the merit list. Final seat allotment in the desired programme will be completely merit based.

exam. The University prepares a merit list on the basis of your
performance in the exam and calls the selected candidates for the
counselling process. Candidates will be offered spot admissions as per
their preferred program or institute. The counselling process will start
around last week of June.

BVIMR Placement cell or CRC has excellent Industry Partnership Cell which has signed many LOU/MOU with more than 30 Corporate /Business Houses resulting in providing added advantage of integrating classroom knowledge with practical experience. Some prominent recruiters of the institute are- HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, IBM, Wipro, Deloitte etc.
The institute offers three years BBA and BCA program. The minimum eligibility to apply for BBA and BCA is a candidate must have completed 10+2 in the relevant stream.
Selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained in BU-MAT entrance exam, conducted by the University.
BUMAT conducts in the month of June every year. It consists of 200 multiple choice questions of one mark each with four alternatives for each, with only one right / probable choice. There is no negative marking. It has four sections such as Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning / Logical Aptitude, Verbal ability, and Reading Comprehension.

You might just get admission in BBA course, but it depends on the merit list .
Since they have total 870 seats ,the college does not release any BUMAT cutoff but instead of that the universitycalls students for the further counselling rounds on the basis of merit list.
