According to kcet official data
KEA reserves certain seats for the candidates falling in the various categories as per the KCET 2020 reservation criteria. I paid ₹25000 in Alliance University, Bangalore in Mid February as a Registration fees for BBA but i dont want to study their because of this pandemic . When i told this to college they told me that they cant refund that fees please help me out how i can get back my money?
From a pure business perspective speaking in the language of contracts: They made you an offer and you accepted. Thus becomes an enforceable contract. Usually in such contracts they will specific a window (date) by which you can opt out and if you did not do it within the specified date then the contract is binding on both parties. Ideally it should have been given in writing to avoid any ambiguity in the adherence to the rules.
Please read the prospects very carefully and check if there such a date mentioned for withdrawal. If there is a date mentioned, and if you did not avail of that window then it is certainly a default on your part. If there is no date mentioned then from a consumer point of view, this contract is one sided and it can be contested in a consumer court – like the Ombudsmen in your area.
I secured 595 composite score in mat dec 2019.Amongst Alliance university bangalore, IFIM bangalore and Jaipuria institute of management noida which will be the best option for pgdm ?
All the colleges you mentioned are good in terms if faculty, infrastructure, placement. But among all of them, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida has the best rating, followed by Alliance University and IFIM Bangalore.
The placement record is excellent in Jaipuria. Almost 95% students get placed every year. Companies like BYJU'S, Godrej, L & T, Bajaj, MRF, Luminous etc come for recruitment. Companies offer an average package of 7 lakhs.
Placement in Alliance is better compared to IFIM. Various famous companies like kotak, Britannia, Deloitte, accenture, Capgemini etc visit campus for placement. The average package goes around 6.5 lakhs.
