guidance for best b school on basis of academic score.

i have done my graduation from distance learning from university of delhi with 50% marks.i want to know that if i get a decent percentile in cat/xat exam can i get a best b school in india??my work experience is 0 and my 10 th score is 66.5% and my 12th score is 79.2%.pls help....it will be a great help for me...thanx in advance...and if i get a best b school and do mba from that shall there any chance to got a best campus placement???

@Mohit: So there are many questions in a question. Let me start with your eligibility. Even if you have done your graduation from correspondence, it won't really matter. You are eligible. Also you need at least 50% in your graduation to apply- gen category. Second thing- Surely if you get a good percentile you have chances to get selected for further rounds. Because selection is not just based on CAT percentile but also interview rounds and academic performances. So all matters. Third, Because your academic performance is not much as per IIM criteria, you will have to actually work on getting 98 above percentile.
