XAT Exam 2023 Latest Update - XLRI Jamshedpur has declared XAT 2023 result on January 28 in online mode. Candidates can download the XAT scorecard 2023 using valid login credentials. It earlier opened the window for candidates to raise objections against the XAT 2023 answer key on January 17, in online mode.

Authorities released the XAT 2023 response sheet on January 10 in online mode. Candidates need to enter their XAT ID and date of birth in order to check the XAT answer key. XLRI conducted XAT 2023 exam on January 8. XAT 2023 was held in computer-based test (CBT) mode.

XAT 2023: Xavier Aptitude Test was held for MBA/PGDM admissions in more than 160 B-schools across India. To complete the XAT exam 2023 registration process, candidates were required to pay Rs 2,000 as the XAT form fees.
As per the XAT exam pattern candidates get a total of 3 hours and 10 minutes to solve the entire question paper. Also, the essay writing part was restored but will not be used for the final XAT percentile calculation. Candidates must note that there is a negative marking in XAT to the extent of 0.25 marks per question as per the updated XAT paper pattern. Nearly 85,000+ candidates appear for XAT every year.
The previous year's XAT cut off for male candidates was 93 percentile whereas, for female candidates, it was 90 percentile for the PGDM BM programme. Sectional XAT cutoffs for both categories were between 72-80 percentile. For the PGDM HRM course, the XAT cut off 2023 for male students from engineering backgrounds was 92 percentile whereas for female candidates from engineering backgrounds was 90 percentile. For male students from a non-engineering background, the cut off was 90 and for female candidates from a non-engineering background, 87 percentile.

What is XAT full form?
XAT full form is Xavier Aptitude Test. It is the management admission test for admission to MBA/PGDM programs in XLRI and other top MBA colleges like XIMB, IMT Ghaziabad, TAPMI Manipal, and 160 other top MBA colleges in India.
What is XAT exam?
XAT is a national-level management entrance test conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, for admission to its management programs and other XAT colleges across the country. Apart from XLRI and 10 other XAMI members, over 700 B-schools accept XAT scores for admission to their post-graduate management programmes. The question paper for the XAT exam 2023 consisted a total of 100 MCQs from Decision Making, Verbal & Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge along with 1 Essay writing question.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for XAT 2023
- Candidates must have completed their graduation (minimum 3 years) in any stream from a recognized university and can apply for XAT 2023.
- Those in the final year/ semester of graduation are eligible to apply for XAT 2023 exam.
Those candidates who will apply through GMAT could register for XAT 2023 till the last week of December 2023.
