The B-schools which accept MAT scores will shortlist the candidates as per their prescribed cutoff criterion. The MAT participating institutes will release their cutoff after the declaration of the result. Basically, the candidates who meet the cutoff criterion are shortlisted for the selection process.
The MAT 2020 cutoff can either be in the form of percentile or marks. The cutoff score ranges from 250 to 700 vary from institute to institute.
The cutoff depends on various factors including Difficulty level of the test, total number of test takers, total number of seats offered by an institute, etc.
A written test, Group Discussion (GD), and a Personal Interview (PI) is a part of the MAT 2020 selection process. The writing test is also known as WAT (Writing Ability test).
Not all the MAT participating institute conduct all three selection rounds. Final admission is offered on the basis of the candidate’s performance in all the rounds of MAT 2020 selection process.
Some institutes may also consider the past academic records (marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation), work experience and other achievements before offering the final admission.
GD and PI are the integral part of MAT selection process 2020 which is conducted by various participating institutes. These rounds are usually conducted to check the interaction & communication skills and self-confidence of the candidates.
These rounds are to check the candidate's knowledge of current affairs, his or her views on a certain topic or situation and, how s/he reacts or responds to the questions they are unaware of.
Candidates need to perform almost equally well in these rounds as a certain weightage is given to these rounds in the final merit list.

Can you mention your percentile so that it will be helpful for us to guide you
As Simsree and Pumba admission process is through CET marks for HU And OHU candidates, so MAT score will be considered as All India Quota
Hence the cut off for All India Quota is more than CET cut off
