The B-schools which accept MAT scores will shortlist the candidates as per their prescribed cutoff criterion. The MAT participating institutes will release their cutoff after the declaration of the result. Basically, the candidates who meet the cutoff criterion are shortlisted for the selection process.
The MAT 2020 cutoff can either be in the form of percentile or marks. The cutoff score ranges from 250 to 700 vary from institute to institute.

Some institutes may also consider the past academic records (marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation), work experience and other achievements before offering the final admission.
GD and PI are the integral part of MAT selection process 2020. These rounds are usually conducted to check the interaction & communication skills and self-confidence of the candidates.
These rounds are to check the candidate's knowledge of current affairs, his or her views on a certain topic or situation and, how s/he reacts or responds to the questions they are unaware of.
