XISS Ranchi Placements
Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi has a central placement cell headed by the chief coordinator who handles the campus placement of the students of XISS. The XISS Ranchi placement cell acts as a bridge between the students and corporates and ensures the maximum number of job opportunities are provided to students. The departmental placement cells are guided by senior faculty members from respective departments. XISS Ranchi placements at the campus take place in two phases: Phase I and Phase II and every year various reputed companies visit the campus for XISS Ranchi placements.
The XISS Ranchi highest package is offered for each specialisation course student who is deserving. whereas the XISS Ranchi average package is offered for all the specialisation courses students which include PGDM-HRM, PGDM-RM, PGDM-MM, and PGDM-FM. Some of the key recruiters of XISS Ranchi are Adani Group, Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, Asian Paints Ltd, Axis Bank, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, Cognizant, JK Paper, Mahindra and Mahindra, Samsung and many more.
XISS Ranchi Placement Procedure

Student's resumes are sent to the recruiters and the preliminary stage shortlisting of candidates
