XAT Selection Procedure 2023: XLRI, Jamshedpur will conduct the XAT 2023 selection process after the declaration of Xavier Aptitude Test result, XAT 2023 result has been declared on January 28. The XAT entrance exam was held on January 8.

Candidates who are shortlisted will have to participate in the selection process which includes Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance of candidates in all stages of XAT selection process. Candidates will be able to check the shortlist by using their login credentials on the official XAT website, xatonline.in.

Each XAT participating institute has its own individual selection procedure and there is no centralized procedure. Students who make it to the final merit list on the basis of their XAT score will be called for XAT counselling. Candidates must register on the official website of the colleges they wish to apply for to appear for the XAT 2023 selection procedure. XAT Selection Criteria 2023

Participating Institutes will start the selection procedure of XAT 2023 when the GD/PI shortlist is available. Students who clear the XAT cutoff 2023 will be eligible to participate in the selection rounds of different XLRI, Jamshedpur institutes/ colleges. The process for XAT 2023 counselling will be done in online mode. XAT Selection procedure 2023 involves the following steps for admission into XLRI institutes.

• Candidates have to appear for XAT 2023

• Shortlisting of candidates

• Selection rounds

• Final selection

Phase 1 - Candidates have to appear for XAT 2023

• Students should have filled up the application form for XAT 2023 on the official website of XLRI. The authorities released the XAT 2023 registration form online mode.

Phase 2 - Shortlisting of Candidates

• XAT 2023 results has been announced on January 28, 2023. XLRI will list students for group discussion and interviews. Students will be selected on the basis of the cutoff published by the participating institutes.

Phase 3 - Selection Rounds

• Students who are shortlisted will be called for the further selection rounds of XAT 2023 which will consist of the following rounds.
  • Group Discussion (GD) or/ and Essay writing
  • Personal Interview (PI)

Phase 4 - Final Selection

• After conducting selection rounds of XAT 2023, the final list of selected students will be prepared. Selected candidates will be offered admission to the XAT participating institutes in offered programs.

• Original and Xerox of XAT Admit Card 2023

• Bank draft as per the guidelines mentioned in XAT Brochure

• Academic Certificates (class 10 & class 12; Bachelor’s Degree)

• Caste Certificate

• Medical documents

• 4-6 Passport size photographs color and black and white

XAT Cutoff 2023 for XLRI
