XAT Registration 2023- Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur has closed XAT 2023 registration on December 11, 2022. Earlier the last date to fill out the XAT form was November 30, 2022. The XAT registration 2023 opened on August 10. Candidates willing to appear for the XAT exam can apply at the official XAT official website, xatonline.in before the XAT last date. While filling XAT online form, candidates have to pay the XAT form fees in online mode. XLRI Jamshedpur will conduct XAT 2023 in CBT mode on January 8, 2023.

XAT Registration 2023

As per the official website, the XAT application fee is Rs 2,000 which can be paid by using a credit or debit card/net banking. It should be noted that there is no relaxation in the XAT form fee for the candidates belonging to the reserved category.

Steps to fill XAT 2023 registration form

Before filling out the application form for XAT 2023, candidates need to register first. XAT registration 2023 is divided into three stages. The first stage is creating XAT login credentials, filling out the application form XAT, and application fee payment.

Step 1 - Creating XAT login credentials

• Visit the official website of XAT

• Now enter a few basic details to register for XAT 2023

• Now re-login using the same credentials

Step 2 - Filling XAT 2023 application form

• Fill XAT 2023 application form

• Enter work experience details

• Fill in XLRI programme details and upload documents

Step 3 - Pay XAT 2023 application fee

• Pay XAT 2023 application fee by using a Credit/ Debit card or net banking

• Now take a printout of the XAT 2023 application form for future reference

XAT 2023 application process (Detailed process)

Candidates can refer to the following steps while registering or filling out the application form for XAT 2023.

Step 1 - Visit the official website of XLRI Jamshedpur i.e. www.xatonline.in

In order to fill out the registration form for XAT 2023, candidates are required to visit the official website and register for XAT 2023 to create login credentials.

Step 2 - Now click on new candidate login for a new login and those who have already registered need to click on the “registered login” tab

On the home page of the official website, candidates can see two options-

• Option 1 - New candidate registration
• Option 2 - Registered candidate login

Those who are going to appear for the first time for the XAT exam should select option 1 and those who have already registered at the XAT portal can select option 2 to fill out the XAT 2023 registration form. Those who are not registered will have to create a User ID and Password. In order to create credentials, candidates need to enter the following details.

• Candidates name

• Email address

• Enter mobile number

• Set Password

• Select State

• Select city

• Captcha code

Now enter the security code and then click on the “I agree” tab and proceed with the “Submit” button.

After successful submission, the screen will display XAT 2023 registration following details.

• XAT ID

• Candidates name

• Country

• Email ID

• Date of birth

• Mobile number

Step 3 - To continue further click on the “Go to XAT application form” tab

Now re-login by entering your XAT ID and Password to log in. For filling out the application form of XAT, click on ‘go-to application form’ and proceed further.

Step 4 - Fill XAT 2023 application form

After entering the XAT ID and Password and filling XAT registration 2023 form, candidates can now fill out the XAT application form, and fill in certain information in various sections such as

Personal details

• Title (First name, middle name, and last name)

• Email address and alternate email address

• Mobile number and alternate mobile number

• Date of birth (As on August 31)

• Gender

• Nationality

• Marital status

• Blood group

• Do you belong to PwD?

Other personal details

• Mother’s name

• Father’s/ Husband’s/ Guardian’s name

Contact details - Candidates will have to enter their residential address in Line 1, line 2, and line 3, candidates will have to enter a Country name, District, State/ Union territory, Town/ city name, and Pincode has to be submitted while filling the application form of XAT 2023

Current address - Details regarding the current address have to be entered in the provided field at the time of XAT form filling.

Emergency contact detail- along with a personal contact number, candidates will have to provide an emergency contact number while filling XAT application form

Provide academic qualifications details -

Candidates will have to enter past academic qualification details.

• SSC/ 10th standard or equivalent board name - Marks obtained, total marks, board name, aggregate marks, month/ year of completion

• HSC/ 12th standard/ equivalent/ diploma course details - Marks obtained, course type, total marks, aggregate marks

• Bachelor’s degree details

• Master’s degree (if any)

Other professional degree details

Candidates who have a professional degree such as CA/ CS/ ICWA without a graduation degree are required to submit the details.

Step 5 - Enter work experience details

Those who have work experience can provide it in the relevant field (Not mandatory).

• Candidates must enter their work experience by March 31, 2021

• The candidate must be a full-time employee

• No part-time job experience will be entertained

• Candidates must be doing their job after graduation

Step 6 - Enter programme details

Now candidates will have to enter programme details which they opt to pursue. Candidates can choose any of the following courses.

• Business Management

• Human Resource Management

• Fellow Programme in Management

For the General Management Programme (One should have a minimum experience of 56 months)

After programme selection, candidates will have to fill in their preference of campus for each programme.

While filling out the application form for XAT 2023, candidates need to choose a test-city preference, where they wish to appear for the entrance exam. As per the previous year's trend, candidates can select two cities as their preference.

Upload documents- Candidates will have to upload relevant documents for verification purposes. While filling out the XAT 2023 application form, candidates will have to upload the requisite documents

• Passport size photograph should be recent and make sure that the photograph background should be white. Face, head, and shoulder must be visible in the photograph

• Passport size photograph should not be older than 6 months

• Candidates photographs and signature must be uploaded in the XAT application form in the prescribed size and format

After uploading the photograph and signature, click on the “Save and Continue” button and move to the next page

After uploading the required documents, the computer screen will display the XAT 2023 application form declaration.

Step 7 - Pay XAT 2023 application fee

After filling out the entire XAT application form, candidates are required to pay the application fee for XAT 2023. Candidates are required to pay Rs 2000 by using the following method.

• Credit card

• Debit card

• Net Banking

• Paytm

• Other wallets

XAT Application Fee 2023- Key points

• XAT Registration Fee (without late fee)- Rs 2000/-
• Those candidates who are interested in XLRI programmes need to pay an additional fee of Rs 300/- each.
• Indian candidates applying for GMP through GMAT will have to pay Rs 2500/-
• NRI/ Foreign candidates applying for one or more programmes through GMAT will have to pay Rs 5000/-
• There are no separate XAT registration fees for SC candidates.

Step 8 - Download the payment receipt

After paying XAT 2023 application fee, the computer screen will display the candidates' details. Candidates will have to download the XAT application detail which will be available in PDF. The same will be intimated through a confirmation test on their email ID and registered mobile number.

XAT 2023 registration: Key points to remember

• At the time of online XAT registration 2023 candidates can select two XAT exam cities for allotment of XAT exam centre
• On successful XAT application fee payment, an e-receipt will be displayed on the computer screen. Non-generation of "E-receipt" indicates the payment failure
• On failure of XAT application fee payment, candidates are advised to religion by using their same email ID and password and repeat the XAT application fee payment process
• Take a printout of the XAT application fee receipt. The same cannot be generated afterward

How to retrieve the XAT password?

In case a candidate forgot their XAT login credentials, then in such case they can retrieve their XAT credentials by performing the following steps.

• Step 1 - Click on XAT Registration 2023 tab
• Step 2 - Now click on the “Forgot Password” tab
• Step 3 - Candidates will have to provide their registered email ID and phone number
• Step 4 - Enter captcha code
• Step 5 - Now click on the “Get Password” tab
• Step 6 - XAT 2023 registration ID and password will be mailed to candidates' registered email ID

What after XAT 2023 registration?

Those who will successfully register for XAT 2023, after the closing of the correction window candidates will be able to download XAT 2023 admit card, which will be available in online mode only. While downloading the XAT hall ticket, candidates will have to use their login credentials XAT ID, and Password.
