TSICET 2015 Analysis- Moderate to Tough paper on Expected Pattern
TSICET 2015 or Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test was held on Friday, May 22, 2015. Conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE), TSICET is the entrance exam for Telangana. This article brings to you the detailed analysis of the exam.
As per the exam pattern and difficulty level is concerned, it is as per expectation and no surprises were there in the paper. The overall difficulty level was moderate. Let us first have a look at the detailed paper structure before looking into the section wise analysis.

Now we will share the detailed section wise analysis.
This section included sub sections like Data Sufficiency, Data Analysis and Reasoning. The overall difficulty level of this section was easy.
Data Sufficiency – Questions were asked on topics like Numbers and Plane Geometry. There were 10 questions each from these topics. Other questions were from Mensuration, Modulus, Sets and Quadratic Equations & Progressions. The Data Sufficiency questions were of tough difficulty level.
Data Analysis – There were 2 sets on Data Interpretation, one with 5 questions and another with 2 questions. One question was on Set Theory. The 2 sets were on Pie Chart and Table. The questions were time consuming and calculation intensive. The overall difficulty level was easy to moderate.
Reasoning – This area had 45 questions. The topics of the questions included Series, Analogies, Coding-Decoding, Clocks & Calendar, Arrival & Departure, Blood Relations and Symbols & Notations. The difficulty level of this part was easy. According to the analysis by T.I.M.E., the question on Ranking was incorrect.’
This section was tough and time consuming. Most of the questions required conceptual clarity and theoretical understanding. However, few questions were direct and formula based as well. The topics included Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry and Statistics.
The questions from this section were asked mainly from Vocabulary, Grammar and Reading Comprehension. The overall difficulty level was easy to moderate.
Vocabulary – There were 6 stand alone questions on vocabulary. The words were moderately common with few tough words as well. There were 4 fill in the blanks questions which were also simple in nature. The overall difficulty of this part was easy.
Grammar – There were 15 questions in this section out of which 7 were on Statements/Conversation and 8 were on filling the blanks with suitable verb/phrase/preposition. The difficulty level was easy to moderate.
Reading Comprehension – There were 3 passages with 5 questions with each passage. The passages were of 200 to 250 words and were simple to read and comprehend.
Computer and Business Terminology
This was also a part of the Communication Ability section. The section was of moderate to tough difficulty level. While the questions on Summary and Aims of the organisation and MBO were moderate, the question of founder of scientific management was easy. The questions on Marketing Strategy and Strategic Management were difficult. The questions on Computer Terminology can be categorised as moderate-difficult category. The question on flash memory was difficult, the other questions were moderate.
As per the expert analysis, TSICET 2015 will be a low scoring paper because of the higher difficulty level of Mathematical Ability section and questions on Data Sufficiency. The English section and the Reasoning section were relatively much easier when compared to the section on Mathematical Ability.

Telangana state integrated common entrance test (TSICET) for the year 2020 is scheduled on 30th September 2020 and 1st October 2020
Application form is still available for late entry with late fee of 1000 till 20th September
Results of TSICET 2020 will be out on 23rd October 2020
Minimum passing criteria is of 25% that is 50 out of 200 marks and there is no minimum passing criteria for scheduled caste and scheduled tribes

Hello there, TS ICET test will be conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of higher education, Hyderabad. The exam will be conducted from 30th september 2020, to 01st October 2020. Hall tickets will be available from 15th September 2020. Announcements of the final key and test results will be on 23rd October 2020.

can i apply for ts icet with my digree registration number
Yes, while you fill TS ICET 2020 application you will be asked to enter qualifying examination hall ticket number in that space you can enter your degree registration number of your roll number if you don't have a hall ticket. You can enter any of these numbers. Besides this you need to upload your photograph, signature and valid government identity card.
can i Apply for ts icet with registration number
You need to first make the payment to the online application form. During the payment you need to give your qualifying exam hall ticket number that is degree/engineering/masters degree hall ticket number, if you do not have hall ticket number then you can enter your registration number or roll number. After payment you will be able to fill the application form, to login to fill the applicatin you need to use your qualifying exam hall ticket number whichever you have given while making the payment.

Farheen, TSICET councelling application forms are available till 25th july 2020 with late fee fine. TSICET has been postponed till further notice due to the crises going on and might be conducted soon on computer based for admission in MBA programmes.
