The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) conducted its 6th convocation ceremony on April 18, 2015. Rajiv Dubey, President HR & Member Executive Board Mahindra & Mahindra and Niren Chaudhary, President, Yum Restaurants were the Guests of Honour for the occasion. Dr. K K Nohria, Chairman of the Board of SOIL was also present. As many as 77 graduating students were awarded certificates or course completion.

Speaking on the occasion, Anil Sachdev, Founder & CEO, SOIL said, “This school began because we felt we needed to take responsibility for the way we live now. This virtue of seva or service is not seen as important today. So, instead of cursing darkness, it is our responsibility to do something about it. And, this batch has proved to us that we have succeeded in our endeavour.” 

Rajiv Dubey shared with the audience his leadership journey and brought home the learning to the young graduating students that behind the success and illustrious career that we see today, there are lessons in humility, hard work, grit and perseverance. He urged the students to take time to define success for themselves and follow their dreams.

Niren Chaudhary shared his personal experience and story to inspire the audience to focus on what they can do and what they cannot. His key message of being happy and bringing happiness to all, struck the chord with the audience .The highlight of his convocation address was a song that he had specially written and composed for the outgoing batch.

Successful students were awarded in the categories of All-Rounder Award, SPV Courage Award, and Role Model Award in different departments. The most prestigious award was the Inspired Leader of the Year award.

Is it worth doing PGPM 1 year program from school of inspired leadership (SOIL)?what is the average package?

Hello Puneet,

School of inspired leadership is a good institute for pursuing PGDM program.

It has individual development program which generally focus on career development programs.

It is known for providing highly personalized experience to the students.

The placement records are also good there.

The average normal package is 9.5 lacs per annum for MBA graduates.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that SOIL Gurugram is a good private school if you are considering one year MBA. The college has a very good placement record. It is achieving 100% placements records since many years.

The college adopts Individual Learning Plan strategy for the students. It has to be noted that in order to gain admission in this college, one needs to have work experience.
