Careers360 spoke to the candidates before and after the exam about their SNAP preparation, experience, difficulty level of the exam and overall performance.
Himanshu – I am confident about the exam as I have prepared well. I did not take any special preparation for SNAP apart from GK. As I have appeared for CAT and preparing for IBSAT and XAT, the preparation for other sections is common.
Nitin Madhwal – I have prepared through self study and did not go for coaching. I am 90% confident about cracking the test. SIBM is my first preference. My family has been very supportive to help me achieve my MBA dream.
Neeraj – Since the LR section is different from CAT and GK is not there in CAT, I have prepared separately for LR and GK sections. This is my first attempt to SNAP and hoping to crack it. Apart from SNAP, I have appeared for CAT.
Pushpendra Tiwari – I have taken coaching for SNAP from a well known coaching institute. The mentors have been really helpful and hence I am confident about my preparation and the upcoming performance. I am aiming SCMHRD Pune through SNAP 2015.
Aanchal - I would rate the overall difficulty level as Moderate to Tough. GK and Analytical Reasoning sections were tough. The questions from LR and English were easy. The Quant was of moderate difficulty level.
Chandrakant - Out of 5, I would rate the difficulty level to be 3.5. GK was not my cup of tea since I did not prepare well for the section. English was the easiest section. Rest of the sections were moderate to tough.
Nitin - The overall difficulty level of the paper can be termed as Easy to Moderate. Analytical was easy and English was of moderate difficulty level. There were no snags or wrong questions in the paper. The overall experience was smooth.
