NPAT BBA 2016 or NMIMS Programs After Twelfth was conducted on a two day window from May 14 to 15, 2016. The mode of the test was computer based. The overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate. This article of Careers360 brings to you the day wise analysis of NPAT BBA 2016.

Each question had 4 options out of which the test takers had to mark only one correct option. There was negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer. The duration of the exam was 2 hours.

NPAT BBA 2016 Day 1 Analysis

According to the analysis by IMS Learning, English was the easiest section. Quantitative & Numerical Ability or the Maths section was tricky and time consuming. The Logical Reasoning was the balanced section with moderate difficulty level questions. The section wise topics are given below.

 

Proficiency in English Language

The overall difficulty level of the section was moderate to tough. The topics covered included Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry and Modern Maths. IMS Learning experts mention, “The key to scoring was selection of right questions and meticulous time management. Due to medium-tough quality of questions, there was every chance of time overrun & students would have missed out on simpler LR section, which was the third one. Hence, Maths should have been attempted at the end.”

NPAT BBA 2016 Day 2 Analysis

According to the experts, the exam pattern and difficulty level was similar to that of Day 1 with English being the easiest section. Logical Reasoning section was easier compared to that of Day 1. Quant was the toughest section in both the days.

The merit list will be announced on June 2, 2016. The classes will commence from July 11, 2016. A total number of 600 seats are offered for the BBA programme in Mumbai and Bengaluru campuses.

Is maths is compulsory for NPAT bba?

Yes it it is compelsory to take mathmatics or statistics in 10+2 for NPAT-BBA.
Other eligibility for the exam is Candidate has to get minimum 60% of marks in 10+2 or in the equivalent exam.
Exam is for 2 hours with 120 MCQ's.Questions from
Quantitative, Reasoning, verbal English and General Knowledge is asked.

what is the cost for online applications for candidates?

Hi Sanjeevani,

NMIMS NPAT 2020 entrance test is conducted for admissions in UG and Integrated degree at 9 campuses of NMIMS. The registration process is online and the application form will be live in first week of February 2020. The cost of the application form will depend on following options:

1. One School program - Rs.1800

2. Two School program - Rs.3000

3. Three School Program - Rs.4000

4. Four School Program - Rs. 5000

Last Date for applying is First week of May 2020.

Apart from studying statistics in your 12th standard which is one of the eligibility criteria, you also need to fulfill certain other rules to be eligible for NPAT BBA exam such as.

1. You must secure a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate marks at 10+2 or equivalent examination

2. You must pass your 12th standard as well as possess an International Baccalaureate Diploma(IB Certificate / & D.P. Awarded candidates are not eligible) in any stream from a recognised board at the first attempt

3. You must not be above 25 years of age

4. The aggregate marks will be taken into consideration for determing your eligibility

5. In case you are from ICSE or CBSE board, CBSE, you should mention in the online registration / e-admission form (if selected) 10+2 or equivalent aggregate marks of all the subjects for which you have taken & appeared for
