NMAT Selection Procedure 2019 - Graduate Management Admission Council prescribes the selection procedure for NMIMS Management Aptitude Test 2019 (NMAT). NMAT 2019 selection procedure will begin soon after the declaration of NMAT 2019 result. Selection procedure for NMAT 2019 will begin from February 2020. NMAT selection procedure 2019 is a two step process. The first and foremost step for NMAT 2019 selection procedure includes is to appear for NMAT and the second step involves Group Discussion (GD)/Writing Ability Test (WAT)/ Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. NMAT 2019 selection procedure involves two steps. The steps for selection procedure are mentioned below:
Know your Admission Chances for Colleges Accepting NMAT
Step 1: Students will have to appear for NMAT by GMAC 2019
Step 2: Students will be shortlisted on the basis of score obtained by them.
Step 3: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Group Discussion/ Writing Ability Test/ Case Discussion and Personal Interview round.
Step 4: Final merit list will be prepared based on the following
Marks obtained in NMAT 2019
Case discussion-personal interview
Note - Some of the participating institutes may shortlist candidates on the basis of their profile which includes aspects like past academic record and work experience.
While filling the registration form for NMAT 2019, candidate will have an option to select upto 5 participating institutes in which they wish to send their NMAT 2019 scorecard. The list of the participating institutes of NMAT 2019 is mentioned below:

Authorities will release the result for NMAT 2019 tentatively in the third week of January 2020 in the form of scorecard. NMAT 2019 result will comprise of scaled score from each section. Candidates can download the scorecard by entering the login credentials. The scorecard will consist of following possible range for different sections:
Logical reasoning skills
Students will be intimated about the declaration of NMAT 2019 result through email. The final percentile will be announced after all the aspirants will have taken their exam and the total percentile will be updated in the scorecard of the candidate.
NMAT 2019 cutoff will be released soon after the declaration of result. To get an idea about section wise cutoff, candidates can refer to the previous year cutoff:
Shortlisted candidates will have to carry the following documents for admission into participating institutes of NMAT 2019:
Class 10th passing certificate and marksheet
Class 12th passing certificate and marksheet
Semester wise degree marksheet
Qualifying examination certificate
Passing certificate/provisional certificate
Post graduate marksheet (if applicable)
Work experience certificate
Eligibility certificate (if applicable)
Medical fitness certificate
No, it is not necessary for candidates to re-appear for NMAT 2019. Retaking NMAT 2019 doesn’t guarantee the improvement of scores.
NMAT 2019 will be of total 120 minutes to answer questions from three sections. However, each section is allotted specific time under which students have to solve and review each section:
Language skills- 22 minutes
Quantitative skills- 60 minutes
Logical reasoning- 38 minutes
Result for NMAT 2019 will be announced within four to five weeks of the exam.

The cut off for IBS Hyderabad depends on the difficulty level of the paper as well as other factors like how other students have performed. IBS does not officially release the NMAT cutoffs.
Although a score of 150+ would be decent enough to clear the cutoffs this year. All the best for the results.

I assume you are talking about Goa Institute of Management(GIM).
GIM does not accept NMAT score for MBA programme.
It accepts scores of CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT.

NMAT 2019 is an important national level MBA entrance test leading to MBA admission 2020 in top MBA colleges like NMIMS Mumbai, SPJIMR Mumbai (PGMPW), ISB (Certificate programme), VIT Vellore, XIM Bhubaneswar and many other MBA colleges in India.
NMAT score of 125 will have percentile not more than 55 percentile.
