Before filling the NMAT 2020 application form, there are some prerequisites which candidates are required to have. Below mentioned are the documents/information that candidates must have before they fill do the NMAT registration 2020:

  1. Age Limit: NMAT 2020 can be given by candidates of any age. There will not be any age limit or restriction.

  2. Minimum Marks Required: All candidates should have at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s to give NMAT 2020.

  3. Educational Qualification: Those candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any stream will be able to apply and do NMAT registration 2020.

How to fill the Application Form of NMAT 2020?

A detailed step by step procedure is mentioned below to make candidates understand the NMAT 2020 application procedure.

Step 1 - Visit the official website i.e. nmat.org.in or click here

Visit the official website or click on the link given in this article. The NMAT 2020 application form will be available from July 2, 2020. Candidates simply need to visit the official website i.e. nmat.org.in in online mode to register themselves.

Step 2 - Register by creating an account using the Email ID

Once on the official website, candidates must register themselves by entering a valid email ID. Enter basic details like contact information, personal, educational and as well as the work experience if any.

  • Along with the basic details, it will be mandatory for candidates to select the list of programmes to send scores, the ID which will be used at the examination centre.

  • Candidates must make sure that the name and date of birth entered by them must match the name and date of birth of their photo and signature ID to avoid last minutes chances of error.

  • Once done, candidates must agree to the terms and conditions to move forward to the next step of filling the NMAT 2020 application form.

Step 3 - Select the School Preference and add a photograph

Go to the school preference section and select the school to send your scores. Note that candidates will be able to send scores only up to 5 programmes with the registration fees of Rs. 2000+taxes without late fees and Rs. 2500+taxes with late fees. If any candidate wishes to send his/her score for more programmes then the candidate has to pay an additional fee of INR 200+taxes for each programme added. Once the candidates are done with the above, they will be required to upload a photograph.

Specification of Photograph -

  • The uploaded photo should be in JPG, PNG or GIF formats only

  • The size of the photograph should not be more than 1 MB

  • Eyes of the candidate should be clearly visible and open

  • The background should be either white or light coloured

  • Candidate’s face should be visible, at the centre and straight

  • Photographs older than 6 months will not be accepted

Step 4 - Schedule and Pay the requisite registration fee

Once done with the details and uploading, candidates will be required to pay the fees. After making payment candidates will be able to schedule their exam. Link for scheduling NMAT 2020 as per the candidate’s convenience will be activated in the dashboard. Note that scheduling is done on the first come first serve basis. Hence, it is advisable to do NMAT 2020 registration as soon as it begins. Candidates will be able to select the date, the time slots as well as the test centre of their choice.

What After Registration of NMAT 2020? Download Admit Card

Candidates who will register themselves successfully for NMAT 2020 will only be able to download the admit card of NMAT 2020 after 24 hrs of registration. They will receive an email containing a direct link. Using the link, candidates will be able to download their NMAT admit card 2020.

Note that the admit card of NMAT 2020 will be an important document. Candidates who will not be able to produce a hard copy of NMAT 2020 admit card will not be allowed to take NMAT 2020.

You have a decent score to get into IBS Hyderabad or Mumbai. However chances of getting into Hyderabad campus is higher.
As per the past records a nmat score of 150+ and cat percentile of 60 is enough to get shortlisted. Further, Students who will be shortlisted will have to appear for the GDPI rounds.
