Between NDIM and Jaipuria which college is good for pgdm and for good placement

Sampriti Student Expert 5th Feb, 2020
Jaipuria Institute of Management would be a better option among these two. Though both the colleges are same in terms of academics and placements but the fees but Jaipuria is a little more sought after by organizations as compared to NDIM and is more reputed than NDIM. The fees for Jaipuria for PGDM program is nearly 10.2 lakhs whereas for NDIM it is 9.3 lakhs. Moreover industrial vicinity will further help you to grab job opportunities and projects. The average compensation package offered in both the colleges is nearly 6-7 lakhs. But for Jaipuria you must go either for the Lucknow or the Noida campuses as the other campuses are not so good.

Good Luck

how is jaipuria institute of management?

Pranav Mishra 26th Jan, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

I don't recommend institutes like Jaipuria to you they are worst colleges for doing MBA, Best thing colleges like Jaipuria offers you is infrastructure no good placement, no good exposure, Don't waste your money in colleges like Jaipuria in doing MBA, You will get nothing from it, Slowdown phase is going on and even colleges like KJSIMR, Welingkar and FORE is facing problem in placement of students, So you can think what will condition of the colleges like Jaipuria right now. Rest is your decision.

I hope the above information is beneficial for you.

All the best.

Among all four campuses of Jaipuria Institute of management which one is better for placement nd exposure Noida ,Lucknow, jaipur ,Indore.

Sampriti Student Expert 20th Jan, 2020
For any Institute the main campus is always better than the other campuses. Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow is the best among all the 4 campuses. The college is pretty good if you're planning to go for a marketing or financial domain. The Institute offers various programs in these fields and the placements are also decent. Companies like Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Exide, Amul, Asian Paints and others visit the campus and the average compensation package is nearly 6-7 lakhs.

The other campuses also offer some placements but the average package offered won't be as good as the main campus. But you can still get a job with average compensation of 4-5 lakhs. Jaipuria Noida can be a good option after that as Noida is in industrial vicinity and you can have better career opportunities  there.

Good Luck

How is daily life in Jaipuria Institute Of Management, Noida?

Snehlata Sinha Student Expert 20th Jan, 2020

I'll provide you with brief information regarding the college lifestyle and placements-

  1. Accredition: JIM Noida has been accredited by NBA, approved by AICTE and recognised by AIU. All three are recognitions which are important for an institute to achieve. There are 3 streams- PGDM General, PGDM Services Management and PGDM Marketing and all of them are AIU recognised.
  2. Faculty: For the qualification of the faculty instructors, you can visit the website. What I got to tell you is that the faculty is highly involved with the growth of the students. Starting from the course curriculum to the guidelines of the institute, everything is strictly followed. Mostly, all of them are pretty cool as a Professor; you'll get to learn from them and never get bored. They are really helpful when it comes to your biggest block "career choice" because half of us are confused with that.
  3. Class timings: They treat you like professionals and you will feel that. You get 10 minutes break after each class so that you get to prepare yourself for the next class or munch something in the canteen just for some break. You can clean up your head in the break time for the next class. The best thing about faculty is that they come to the class on time and leave on time, therefore they dont hijack your break.
  4. Hostel facility: Girls hostel is in the campus, whereas boys hostel is off the campus. Mess facility is good because you can have as many times as you want. Moreover, they have introduced Non-veg from 2016 session onwards. There is a Hostel committee who looks after the foof choices of the students. So if you like an item to be placed on the menu, gather a good number of students and place your request in front of the committee..
  5. Course curriculum: The faculty members sit with the industry experts to review the course curriculum and make changes according to the requirements of the industry. So you get to study fresh material going on in the world. Not just industry members, they also consult students about their choices in the course material. If some changes are suitable, they do that.
  6. Placements: Oh! The dreaded point! You might be looking for this point to get started as soon as possible. To be really frank, 100% placement is a myth. JIM offers a very good placement scene as compared to other management institutes in the nearby area. Average package can differ from year to year, but roughly it is around 5 lakhs per annum. Highest package depends on your calibre. Top recruiters are ING Bank, KPMG, E&Y, Whirlpool, Midcom,Zomato, Havells, Axis Bank, Copal Amba, Coca Cola, etc.

Hope this helps.
