IRMASAT Syllabus 2019 – Institute of Rural Management Anand, conducting body of IRMA Social Awareness Test (IRMASAT) does not release any official syllabus of IRMASAT 2019. But based on past years’ exam pattern and question types, experts have outlined the tentative IRMASAT syllabus 2019. IRMASAT is a computer-based test of 80 minutes duration carrying 40 objective-type multiple choice questions (MCQs). Test takers will be asked questions on the topic ‘Issues of Social Concern.’ Since there is no fixed IRMASAT 2019 syllabus, experts suggest that aspirants must prepare all important areas given in this article and build on their general awareness to boost their performance in IRMASAT 2019. IRMASAT 2019 Syllabus

IRMASAT 2019 exam will test the general awareness of a candidate. The candidates would be asked to answer a few questions after reading the RC passages, but some questions will also require a prior knowledge. The important topics for this exam are listed as follows:

  • Rural and Urban Population

  • Indian Economy

  • IRDP Schemes

  • Health Issues

  • Human Development

  • Human Rights

  • Gender and Social Groups

  • Educational Initiatives of the Government

  • Environmental Issues

  • Employment and Literacy

  • Agriculture

  • Corporate Social Responsibility

The standalone questions will be based on General Awareness and static GK.

In the past years, most of the questions were based on recent events and various 'Yojanas' (schemes) instituted by the Government of India. The passage-based questions had questions directly from the passage as well as the ones which tested the awareness level of the students related to the schemes given in the passages. It will be helpful for candidates to prepare on the facts and information related to government schemes and institutions like NABARD, NDRI, IARI, ICAR, NDDB, JNNURM, NITI Aayog, 5-year plan, Human Development Index, GFCF, Unemployment levels in India, etc.

Besides having thorough understanding of the IRMASAT exam pattern and syllabus, aspirants must also practice IRMASAT sample papers and previous years’ question papers. The application form of IRMASAT 2019 filling process will end on December 31, 2018. Candidates will be able to download the IRMASAT 2019 admit card from the last week of January 2019. The result of IRMASAT 2019 will be announced in the second week of February 2019.
