IIM Rohtak has announced the admission criteria for the upcoming PGP batch of 2015-17. Compared to last year’s admission criteria, there has not been any change. Similar to last year, the admission process will follow 2 steps, shortlist and final selection. Let us have a look at the admission criteria in detail.IIM Rohtak Shortlist Criteria 2015The applicants of IIM Rohtak will be shortlisted on the basis of CAT 2014 cutoff, past academic records (marks in Class X, XII and UG), work experience and diversity. The following table brings to you the CAT 2014 cutoff.

The candidates meeting the CAT 2014 Cutoff for IIM Rohtak would be shortlisted on the basis of their past academic records. The following table will share with you the cutoff marks of Class X, XII and UG.

According to IIM Rohtak, after processing through the above criteria, what will be remaining are the candidates eligible for shortlisting. For each of these eligible candidates, the following (weighted) scores (given in the table below) will be computed.

Work Experience Computation
The computation of the work experience will be made on the basis of the number of months of work experience acquired by the candidates.

IIM Rohtak mentions, “To ensure gender diversity, female candidates will be assigned a grace score of 30. Similarly, to ensure subject diversity, candidates having a non-engineering background at graduation will be assigned a grace score of 30.”
The eligible candidates are then ranked on the basis of their actual Grand Total Score (out of 600) and top specified number will be called for the PA process above a required percentile.
Final Selection Procedure
The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the WAT and PI rounds of the Common Admission Procedure of the 6 new IIMs.

You got good marks in CAT.You have a good chance to get call from IIM Nagpur if your academic score that is 10+2+3 is more than average.Also you can get many other good colleges other than IIM Nagpur.

First of all congratulations on your excellent score in CAT.You have very nice score and can surely expect a 99+ percentile.Your 10nth and 12th marks are also good and you a pretty decent profile.I am sure that you will get a from IIM Calcutta.
IIM Banglore gives a little preference to people with work experience but seeing your excellent CAT score you can get a call.
Overall your chance of getting a call from IIM ABC is very high.All the best.Prepare well for PI and WATs.
Academic marks are Important and will play a crucial role in getting the Admission to pursue MBA/PGDM in IIM. But the main prerequisite is you should get more than 95 percentile in CAT exam to get Interview call from IIM's. After getting the Interview call from IIM, one should perform well in GD and Personal Interview inorder to get the admission. Your Academics are good, Try to get a good CAT Score.
CAT is a 3-hour computer-based test consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) and Non-MCQ type questions. There were three sections, namely Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR).
