IIM Rohtak Admission CriteriaIIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2018 – Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak (IIM Rohtak) has released the admission criteria for its Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) for 2018-20 batch. This would be the 9th PGP batch of IIM Rohtak. The approximately batch size is likely to be 240. Candidates who have appeared in Common Admission Test (CAT) and applied for admission to IIM Rohtak can check the admission criteria 2018 of IIM Rohtak here. Let’s have a look the stages that IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2018 goes through. First, CAT score for shortlisting. Second, Written Ability Test (WAT) & Personal Interview (PI) and third is the final selection based on CAT score, WAT, PI and profile score which includes Academic Performance, Work Experience and Diversity. Stage 1: IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2018 – Shortlisting candidates for WAT and PI

IIM Rohtak uses CAT score/percentile to shortlist candidates for WAT & PI. The table given below explains the category-wise minimum percentile to get shortlisted for this process.

IIMs to be held in January 2018.

*VARC – Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension

*DILR – Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning

*QA – Quantitative Analysis

 

Apart from IIM Rohtak, 10 other IIMs including IIM Amritsar, IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Jammu, IIM Kashipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, IIM Raipur, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Trichy and IIM Udaipur are together likely to call candidates for this stage.

All the candidates meeting the requirements mentioned in the table above and applied for admission to IIM Rohtak would be eligible for consideration for shortlisting for WAT & PI process. The shortlisting is done by IIM Rohtak for the common pool of 11 IIMs. The Admission Committee of IIM Rohtak will decide the actual number of candidates short-listed and would depend on the size of the batch 2018-20.

 

Stage 2: IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2018 – Preparing Final Shortlisted Candidates (FSL)

For the final selection, the institute will consider many factors apart from CAT, WAT and PI such as candidate’s academic performance, work experience and diversity. The following table explains the weightage given to each step:

IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2018 - Offer Acceptance Fee & Withdrawal

A candidate receiving the admission offer from IIM Rohtak (IIM-R) and accepting the offer within the stipulated date needs to send along with Offer Acceptance (OA) an Offer Acceptance Amount (OAA) of Rs. 100,000. A candidate can subsequently withdraw the OA within the withdrawal date specified in the Offer Letter (OL). In this case, OAA will be refunded after deducting administrative expenses and processing charges of Rs 10,000. If a candidate registers for the programme, his/her OAA will be adjusted against Term I Fee.

 

IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2018 - Refund

In case a candidate withdraws before the registration, OAA &/ Or Term Fee will be refunded after deducting processing charges as per norms. In the event of withdrawal from the Programme after registration, No refund of OAA or Term Fee will be made.

IIM Rohtak reserves the right to make changes in the shortlisting and selection criteria if considered necessary at any point.

My cat per'le=80 ,obc ,Xth=79.9%,XIIth=63.2%,Btech=64.5%,Male,Fresher.Got call from IIM Ranchi,rohtak,kashi,udai, Should I go for WAT & PI ?

Or would it be total waste of time ? Because of low CAT and academics would i get anything?? I am currently doing mtech in NIT WARANGAL, So no experience.
