see if you want to join iim for mba courses you need to crack CAT (common aptitude test) exam. question of cat is mostly on logical, reasoning, english and quantitative analysis. so regular study and practice plays a vital role. you may follow arun sharma and rs agarwal for practice and give regular test series to gain speed while answering question. careers360 has cat mock test exam which you may appear to know your score and percentile.

i am in class 11 ......what should i have to do get admission in IIMA

Ayshi Ghosh Student Expert 5th Nov, 2019
Firstly, you need to score very well in your class 12 board exam or equivalent examination. You also need to have very good concepts in English and mathematics since they're very important to score well in the CAT examination as well as in the successive rounds. Doing this will help you get into IIM A. All the best!

I have a query about the admission in IIM Ahmedabad. How the admission process conducted and which score is required like 10th and 12th percentage or as per the cat rank?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 3rd Nov, 2019

iim ahmedabad short lists candidate according to academic marks and cat percentile. suppose you get 99 percentile in cat , but your academic is not that good there may be no chances for you to get selected. if you have more than of 90 percentage marks in 10th, 12th and graduation and along with excellent cat score you have fair chances to get calls.

> 80 and <= 90       8

> 90          10

The same rating score is used for 12th Science /Commerce Streams. For Arts/Humanities:
