Choosing a Specific Career Path with AI
Before you venture out on a new career path, you must figure out what kind of a profile you want to pursue. There are various job profiles available in the domain of AI & ML. For instance, you can design AI enabled products and services, explore real-world problems where AI solutions can be applied, evaluate and develop algorithms, conduct research to advance current technologies, undertake data mining and analysis to create value, design software and information infrastructure etc.
The key thing to remember is that while academic education, skills and experience from various job roles need to be aligned when it comes to following a traditional career path, same is not the case when you venture out in the domain of AI. You can pursue a career in AI across various constructs in almost all industries like manufacturing, marketing, transportation, finance, art, research, medical, military. AI has made its way into almost industry imaginable and there is a huge gap between demand and supply of right talent in all of them.

PGDM (Post Graduation Diploma in Management) in marketing at Great Lakes, Chennai
You must have work experience of 18 to 16 months, if you found to be exceptionally good in this field. This institute only accepts CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT or CMAT scores. It is really worthy institute for PGDM in marketing. There is international faculty, business ready manages, diversified industry interaction, rich peer learning and really strong alumni network. That is why it is worth going for it. There is no management quota in this institute. Here admissions are done on merit basis only. This institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). AICTE is a statutory body under Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. It is a premier B school of the country and it is always tough to get into such schools as the number of applicants are very high. Good preparation is needed to be successful in the selection process.
Both of the institutes are private. NMIMS, Bangalore will be a better choice for a newbie and Great Lakes, Chennai is a better choice for the Experienced one. But the candidate must have at least work experience of two years. NMIMS is good for 2 years MBA course. The placement rate of NMIMS, Bangalore is better than that of Great Lakes, Chennai. But there is no doubt that Great Lakes provides much strong education than NMIMS, Bangalore. Otherwise both are very nice place to study and helpful for career. I wish you all the best for your future.
