GMAT Important Dates can be categorised in two parts, registration and exam date. Both the windows are open throughout the year and can be booked as per your convenience. During registration, you will be given a calendar where you can see the available slots for taking the test.
There are following instructions stated by GMAC which you have to keep in mind while registering for GMAT.
GMAT Instructions regarding Retest
Time between two GMATs
Number of GMAT attempts allowed in a year
Number of GMAT attempts in a lifetime
The scores of GMAT will be valid for 5 years. Not only are GMAT scores applicable for admission in India but abroad as well.
The exam pattern of GMAT is both subjective as well as objective with 90 questions from three areas to be solved within 3.5 hours. The sections include Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning. Each section is time bound.
Since it is a computer adaptive test, hence the difficulty level of the questions depends on the accuracy of the previous answer. If you answer correctly, the next question will be tougher and if your answer is wrong, the next question will be easier.

Whereas GMAT stands for The graduate management admission test. It is a global exam which is held across the nations for MBA.

will my 10th,12th marks matter for takingmba from foreign taking that i have good score in gmat
It may not matter much as before 10th ,12th marks ,your undergraduate degree comes and some kind of work experience you had probably done before joining MBA . It may sometimes depends on the specific college and their norms. Do check the specific college criterias you are applying for before registration.
Hope it helps.
i have a 9 cgpa(mech) from a reputed college and i am preparing to score my max in gmat but my board marks are low with 68% and math marks is 47.i cannot afford the fees but for very few i can, will taking mba from any reputed foreign unv and scholar ships related to it be affected due to board marks
Well any university abroad tries to select the students who are among the best according to their set guidelines and brings something to their department. Their application review process is very holistic and they try to see everything from academics to non academic to recommendations to test scores to your personal statement. If one part is weak then you need to make the other parts of your application as strong as possible to compensate for the lower part. As long as your application is great overall with a bit of up and downs, you will be able to get in.
I hope my answer helps.
All the best.
