GMAT Eligibility Criteria: A candidate aspiring to appear for GMAT need to fulfill the eligibility criteria stated by GMAC before registering for the test. GMAT or the Graduate Management Admission Test is the international test conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council for the admission in the B-schools of India and abroad. MBA aspirants, who want to pursue Executive Management Programmes or NRI candidates interested in pursuing MBA/PGP/PGDM from Indian B-schools, can take GMAT for admission to the afore mentioned programmes. Apart from that, GMAT scores are accepted by around 6,000 institutes across the world.
The candidate can be from any country or region and can be a student of any discipline. According to the GMAT handbook, if you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must get permission from a parentor legal guardian. For the permission, you must provide written proof of your guardian’s consent prior to scheduling the exam.
There are some points that you should remember before scheduling for the GMAT :
You may take the exam no more than five times within a 12-month period.
You must wait at least 31 days after you take the exam before you can take it again.
You must wait at least five years if you have previously achieved a perfect Total score of 800.
You must follow all of the registration and testing rules.
Candidates may apply for GMAT through the official website. Since there is no specific schedule, candidates may choose a date according to their convenience and availability of that date and time. Registration can also be done in other ways, like: Online, by phone, by mail and by fax.

As there are no specific dates for conducting GMAT 2019, prospective test takers can choose a date according to their convenience. However, candidates have to take at least 16 days’ break between two attempts. Also, one cannot exceed five GMAT exams within a 12-month period. A candidate can take no more than eight re-tests in a lifetime.
