DMS, IIT Delhi Final Placement Report 2016-18: Department of Management Studies (DMS), IIT Delhi, has completed Final placements for its 2016-18 batch with maximum offers coming in the Sales & Marketing domain followed by IT and Consulting. The average CTC stood at Rs. 16.54 Lakhs per annum. A total of 56 recruiters participated in the placements and 102 offers were made to 91 students. The companies from different sectors including Banking, Consulting, Telecom, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, IT, Finance etc. participated in the placements for the 2016-18 batch. Some of the big industry names such as Wipro, Deloitte, HDFC, Crisil, Accenture etc. are included in the list.

The key highlights of the final placements was an increase in the leadership roles offered to the students. 25 percent of the batch was offered PPO/PPI.

Candidates were offered a variety of roles in Finance domain ranging from Project Finance, FMP, Financial Risk Specialist etc. 21 percent profiles were offered in finance and general management
In Sales & Marketing domain, the profiles offered were Pre-sales consultant, Marketing leadership, Sales specialist, Associate Director Sales etc. The domain accounted for the 30 percent of the total offers.
Operations domain also saw many sought-after profiles like strategic sourcing, Digital Operations, and Program manager. 20 percent of the offered profiles were in the operations.
As for the IT, Consulting & Analytics domain, the profiles ranged from IT Leadership, Business Development, Senior Business Analyst, Risk Advisory and so on. This domain contributed to the 29 percent of the total offers. Of the total offers made, 27 percent were leadership roles.
