Eligibility Criteria (UG & PG) of Construction Management
The candidates are required to pass 10+2 in physics-chemistry- maths with an aggregate of 50 percent of marks or equivalent to it from a recognized board to pursue an undergraduate degree in construction management i.e. Bachelor of engineering in civil engineering, bachelor of architecture, bachelor of technology in civil engineering, or diploma in civil engineering.
The students are required to complete an undergraduate academic program in construction management with an aggregate of 50 percent of marks or equivalent to it to pursue masters level or postgraduate level academic program in construction management i.e. masters of engineering or M.E. in civil engineering, masters of technology or M.Tech in civil engineering, M.Arch or masters of architecture, or postgraduate diploma in construction management.
For bachelors of engineering or bachelors of technology, students are required to give JEE Mains or JEE Advanced. Universities and colleges consider the JEE Mains score as well as JEE Advanced score to provide admissions.
GATE score is considered by many universities and colleges to provide admissions in masters level or postgraduate level construction management courses.
