The CMAT result is compiled based on the final CMAT 2021 answer key. The CMAT results is compiled based on the final CMAT 2021 answer keys. No grievances regarding the CMAT 2021 answer key (s) is allowed after the declaration of the CMAT result 2021. The raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate in CMAT 2021 will be further considered to calculate the result. No scorecard will be sent to the candidates and they are advised to download their CMAT 2021 scorecard from the website: cmat.nta.nic.in only.

There are no provisions for CMAT 2021 result/ score review/ re-evaluation/ re-totaling and no query will be entertained in this regard. The examination conducting body National Testing Agency (NTA) also provides CMAT Score 2021.

Rules for CMAT result tie-breaking

A National Merit Ranking (All India Rank) will be given based on the score obtained against the total score. If the scores are the same for more than one candidate, they will be ranked in the sectional scores considered in the order:

• Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
• Logical Reasoning
• Language Comprehension
• General Awareness.

The candidate with the same score will be listed in chronological (ascending) order by date of birth. Candidates who get the same CMAT 2021 score will be given the same merit and the merit number will be increased by the same number.

• If there are two candidates in Merit 2, the next candidate will not be awarded Merit 3, but Merit 4 will be awarded.

National Testing Agency will declare the CMAT result 2021 after the release of the final answer key. The scores will be given to the student is given as per the following marking scheme:

• For every correct candidate will be given 4 marks

• 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer

• No negative marking for unattempted questions.

To calculate the CMAT 2021 result percentile, the following formula is used:

Percentile P = ( (N- your rank)/ N) x 100

*P= Percentile

N= Total number of candidates

CMAT 2020 Result Analysis

What After CMAT Result 2021?

After the result declaration of CMAT 2021, each participating institute of CMAT 2021 will release its cutoff on the basis of which candidates will be shortlisted for the CMAT selection process. Further on the basis of the student’s cumulative performance candidate will be shortlisted for final admission to the desired participating institute.

CMAT 2021 Result- GD/ PI Shortlisting

After declaration of CMAT 2021 result, most of the participating B-schools of CMAT releases their CMAT cutoff individually for the selection rounds which comprises Group Discussion (GD)/ Personal Interview (PI).
