CMAT Exam Pattern 2023 - The National Testing Agency (NTA), specivied the CMAT 2023 exam pattern for those candidates who want to pursue an MBA program at the top B-schools of India. NTA is expected to introduce major changes in the CMAT exam pattern 2023 with five sections and the number of questions reduced to 20 in each section.

CMAT is a national-level entrance exam and its score is accepted by all the AICTE- Approved Universities and Institutions. CMAT Exam Pattern 2023: Overview
CMAT exam pattern 2023 will consist, of the total number of questions, time duration, section-wise total marks, exam mode, and exam medium. Through the exam pattern of CMAT 2023, aspirants will get to know the exam parameters. As per the exam pattern, CMAT will be conducted in Computer-based (CBT) mode.

As per CMAT 2023 paper pattern, the test will consist of a total of 100 questions and the total time will be given 180 minutes.

CMAT Marking Scheme 2023
For every correct response, four marks will be given.
For each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.
To answer a question candidate will have to choose a correct option from the multiple correct choices there are multiple correct options to a particular question then candidates who attempted it correctly as per the final answer key will be awarded marks.
Unattempted questions will not be marked.
In case a question is dropped or ignored then all students will get four marks (if the question is attempted or not).

CMAT Exam Pattern- Points to consider
At the time of taking CMAT 2023 candidates can switch from one section to another and there is no sectional time limit.
Candidates must note that there is a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect response and for every unattempted question no mark will be given.
No stationary item will be allowed inside the CMAT examination hall except pen/ pencil.
CMAT is a Computer-based test, students will be provided a rough sheet for extra work.
No bio breaks will be allowed at the time of the CMAT exam.
