Annual Day at Hindustan University

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai

Hindustan University celebrated its 28th Annual Day on 12th April, 2013. Annual Day is a day meant to reward and recognizes faculty and student’s achievements in academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that have evolved their individual personality and enriched the academic, social and cultural mosaic of the University.

The welcome address was given by Dr. S. Ramachandran, Advisor, Hindustan University. The annual report for the year 2012-13 was presented by Dr. K. Sarukesi, Vice-Chancellor, Hindustan University. The presentation included the achievements of the University during the last one year period. He also mentioned about various associations and collaborations that the University had entered into with industries and other institutions. Dr. Sarukesi concluded with a note of the achievements of staff and students in academic and non-academic fields.

Dr. (Mrs.) Elizabeth Verghese, Chancellor, Hindustan University, in her presidential address congratulated all the staff and students for their achievements. Her appreciations were extended to senior staff members who have been guiding and taking forward the University in a progressive manner. Discipline, standards and adaptability to systematic change are the key factors to successful career building, stated Dr. Verghese.

The Chief Guest of the day was Mr. S. Venkataraman, Executive Vice-President, Delphi-TVS Diesel System Limited, who stated that academics along with teamwork are extremely important in his address. He expressed his happiness at the initiatives taken by Hindustan University on curricular and extra-curricular activities.

The function witnessed a release of research brochure. Emeritus Professor and Eminent Professionals were recognized for their services and contributions they made in their respective field and to the society. Staff and students received certificates of merit for their outstanding performances in their respective fields.

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Commodore S. Shekhar, Joint Director, CDTS, Hindustan University.

veltech university or hindustan university which is best for btech biotechnology

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing well!!

As compare to both college there is very slight difference. Hindustan University is Good as compare to Vel Tech University. Hindustan University has Good placement as compare to Vel Tech University. Hindustan University has Good infrastructure Faculties are also good. They help student. Both university have hostel But there is wifi in Hindustan university. There is no wi-fi in Vel tech university.

saveetha university or hindustan university which is best for biotechnology

As compare to both university there is a slight difference in both university. Hindustan university is better than Saveetha University. Its infrastructure is Good Saveetha University rank is 149 while Hindustan University rank is 107. It provides more courses as compared to Saveetha University. Hindustan University that more faculty than Saveetha University.

As compare to all three university there is a slight difference in all three university. Hindustan university is better than Saveetha University and Vel Tech University. Its infrastructure is Good. Saveetha University rank is 149 while Hindustan University rank is 107. and Vel Tech has no rank. It provides more courses as compared to Saveetha University and Vel Tech University. Hindustan University that more faculty than Saveetha University and Vel Tech University. In both Hindustan university and Saveetha university both has wi-fi but in Vel Tech University there is no wi-fi. As we arrange in order Hindustan University comes first then Saveertha uNiversity and then Vel Tech University.

veltech university or hindustan university which is best for biotechnology

Hello aspirant,

If you compare to all other universities their are very less disadvantages.

University will provide a separate training classes for placements related to codding.

For every semester their should be a project related particular stream. Their will a project guide for every five in number. they will guide a student to do project in better.

Collaboration with other universities, industries, foreign institutions, etc.,

So I suggest Go for it.
