About Cutoff at IIM Nagpur

Indian Institute of Management Nagpur will release the CAT score cutoff for admission to postgraduate courses. IIM Nagpur CAT cutoff 2023 will be released after CAT results are declared. The cutoff will be published on the official website of the institute. The IIM Nagpur CAT cutoff 2023 is the minimum CAT score and percentile a candidate will have to score in order to get shortlisted for the IIM Nagpur admission process. As compared to the last few years, the CAT cutoff for the DAP category was reduced by 10 percentile (sectional and overall). Also, there was no change for other categories.

IIM Nagpur 2020 Cutoff

As compared to the previous year's IIM Nagpur cutoff there were huge changes in category-wise cutoffs except that of DAP. The IIM Nagpur cutoff 2018 for general category candidates was reduced by 8 percentile in each section. Whereas, the overall percentile was constant. For the NC-OBC candidates, the sectional cutoffs decreased by 7 percentile and the overall cutoff remained the same. For SC and ST category candidates, the sectional cutoffs were reduced by 10 percentile, and the overall cutoff was reduced by 10 percentile and reduced by 25 percentile for SC and ST categories respectively.

IIM Nagpur Admission Criteria

Candidates meeting the above-mentioned IIM Nagpur cutoff criteria are shortlisted for stage 2 of IIM Nagpur admission process. The IIM Nagpur admission process is conducted in a three-stage process. In stage 2, candidates have to appear for the PI and WAT rounds. On the basis of the candidate's cumulative performance in all the rounds, a final merit list is prepared for admission to PGP. The final merit score are calculated by using the formula :

FS = (0.40 * (PI Score) + 0.15 * (CAT Score) + 0.15 * (PAP Score) + 0.20 * (WE Score))/0.9

iim nagpur is better than NMIMS, ?

Hello,

You should go for NMIMS rather than IIM Nagpur. NMIMS is one of the top B-schools in India, and only because there is the mention of the tag of IIM, you should not choose IIM Nagpur, as many IIMs are not yet good enough for acquiring quality education. NMIMS might be a little expensive, but studying there is worth it. It has qualified teachers, who provide better education, and also the placements in NMIMS are better than IIM Nagpur. The institute offers 100% placement guarantee to the students, with the highest salary package being Rs. 30.37 Lakhs per annum, while the highest salary package offered in IIM Nagpur till date is Rs. 20 Lakhs per annum. Hey there

As per the previous year cutoff overall cutoff in CAT for IIM Nagpur minimum percentile needed is 90 in general category. Seeing your academics you have good chances of getting selected in IIM Nagpur as you have 1 year work experience too though IIMs do not give marks on work experience less than a year.
